  • 30 minute session - a quick, but effective workout for the person on-the-go. $40.00

  • 45 minute session - the most popular option; any exercise goal can be met in 45 min. $60.00

  • 60 minute session - the carte blanche; we'll address any special needs such as tightness and recovery. This is the best option for complete fitness novices. $70.00

***All workouts come with diet plans matched to your fitness/weight-loss goals; I'll advise you on what and how much to eat, on meal preparation and strategy (I'm a culinary school-graduate!), and on how to maintain your day-to-day level of movement outside of the gym.
